- What is changing? 
    - The way that Causeway licenses its software. Causeway will now provide software on a subscription basis with the option of a managed Cloud service.
- Why is it changing? 
    - We have listened to you, our customer. The industry you work within is becoming more challenging with a constant pressure to do more for less optimizing the workforce and your office space.
- What is the difference? 
    - The multiple FM Facts modules have been combined into a single licence with no ‘Initial Licence Fee’ and ‘Annual Licence Fee’, just a single annual subscription fee.
- What are the benefits to the customer? 
    - The new subscription licence will provide FM Facts customers with the opportunity to manage both Hard and Soft FM operations within a single solution. We are opening up access to the system, every user will have access to every function they need to do their job within one simple cost effective licence. Essentially, the customer gets ‘more for less’. The subscription licence also provides our customers with access to many new innovative features including:
      
       • Compliance – detailed control of your auditable documentation  
       • Dashboards – real time management of your KPIs  
       • Office Space Optimisation – proactive management of meeting rooms and desk space
      
       In addition, with many organisations IT strategies moving to the Cloud, FM Facts can be provided as a fully managed Cloud service that will significantly reduce the cost of ownership.
