  • The way that Causeway licenses its software. Causeway will now provide software on a subscription basis.

  • We have listened to you, our customer. The industry you work within is becoming more challenging with a constant pressure to do more for less optimizing the workforce and your office space.
• What is the difference?
  • The multiple FM Facts modules have been combined into a single licence with no ‘Initial Licence Fee’ and ‘Annual Licence Fee’, just a single annual subscription fee.

  • The new subscription licence will provide FM Facts customers with the opportunity to manage both Hard and Soft FM operations within a single solution.
