• What is changing?
  • The way that Causeway licenses Vixen and Mobile Workforce software. Causeway will now provide its software on a subscription basis. The new Analytics tool provides a visual presentation of performance measures.
• Why is it changing?
  • We have listened to you, our customer. The industry you work within is becoming more challenging with a constant pressure to do more for less, and the current licence model could be cost prohibitive and inflexible with a host of options and modules.
• What is the difference?
  • The multiple Vixen and Mobile Workforce modules have been combined into a simplified licensing model with no ’Initial Licence Fee’ and ’Annual Licence Fee’, just a single annual subscription fee. The new Analytics tool saves our customers time compared to running multiple Transactional Reports.
• What are the benefits to the customer?
  • We are opening up access to all modules for all users. Every user will have access to every function they need to do their job within one simple cost effective licence. Essentially, the customer gets ’more for less’ and licence administration could not be simpler.
    
    With no ’Initial Licence Fee’, the capital expenditure of software purchases has been dramatically reduced. Adding new licences in the future is more cost effective.
    
    Subscription will provide Vixen customers with an upgrade to Vixen V5, access to new innovative modules and products, and additional licences to underpin future business growth.
    
    The new Analytics tool is self-configurable and reduces the time required to analyse transactional-based information. Furthermore, it includes numerous smart features, including the ability to identify and correct negative trends, measure efficiencies and inefficiencies, and support productivity-enhancement decisions.
• How does this affect you as an existing customer?
  • Causeway are offering existing customers the chance to switch over to this new model. We will be running an ’early adopter’ offer until 16th December, giving our existing customers the opportunity to switch over, and supply them with sufficient licences so that they may never need to buy an additional licence ever again!
    
    We will unlock the full potential of Vixen and Mobile Workforce, as well as the other modules that you currently do not benefit from, with an extremely affordable and highly compelling offer.
