Meet the experts
Rob joined Causeway in 2018 and is responsible for delivering customer success through continual product enhancement and performance. Rob has over 20 years of experience delivering enterprise software solutions to the construction industry and is instrumental in ensuring that Causeway’s product strategy meets the future business needs of its customers. He has held the position of CIO with some of the biggest names in the industry, where he was responsible for the implementation of cutting-edge software solutions that drive efficiencies and digital transformation.

Paul Black is the Head of Site Support at Balfour Beatty, where he continues to lead strategic improvements in operational efficiency across UK businesses. In recent years, Paul has spearheaded the delivery of an invoice auto-matching solution, significantly reducing manual processing and aligning it with the development of an e-GRN solution to eliminate delays in the P2P process.
His leadership has been pivotal in advancing automation and standardisation, particularly through enhancements to Balfour Beatty’s ERP system - most notably in plant hire, labour costing, customer billing, and invoice matching. Paul remains committed to driving innovation, fostering collaboration, and delivering measurable impact across the Site Support function.
